Diana Miller focuses her practice on local government and public finance law, primarily representing municipal utility districts and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. Her previous practice experience includes representing oil and gas producers in upstream transactional matters as well as litigation experience representing the State of Texas in eminent domain and inverse condemnation litigation. She also has experience in regulatory and legislative matters which she gained as a member of the Intergovernmental Relations Team of the Office of the Attorney General. During this time, she provided legal and legislative counsel on a variety of topics including administrative law, environmental law, eminent domain, consumer protection, state contracts and open government. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding in 2015, Diana practiced with the Office of the Attorney General in Austin and the Kilburn Law Firm in Houston.

A native of Bryan, Texas, Diana is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts.
