Jonathan
Roach focuses his practice on public finance and local government
law, representing municipal utility districts and other special
districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also provides
representation for the formation of special districts and
in matters relating to the development of property within
special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding
in 2006, Jonathan handled similar matters as an attorney
at the Houston firm of Coats, Rose, Yale, Ryman & Lee,
P.C. His prior practice experience also includes serving
as a briefing attorney for the Honorable Harvey Hudson with
the Fourteenth Court of Appeals.
A native of Alexandria, Virginia, Jonathan is licensed to
practice in all Texas state courts.
