Elizabeth "Lisa" Barnett utilizes her experience in commercial real estate and lending transactions to assist municipal utility districts and special districts as bond counsel and general counsel. She also represents commercial and residential real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to the development of property within special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding in 2005, Lisa was an associate in the Houston office of Andrews Kurth LLP.

A native Houstonian, Lisa is licensed to practice law in all Texas state courts.
