Patricia
Daniels brings experience in real estate, real estate lending
and public finance to her representation of municipal utility
and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel.
She also represents commercial and residential real estate
developers both in the formation of special districts and
in matters relating to the development of property within
special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding
in 2001, Patricia was an attorney at Altheimer & Gray
in Chicago from 1996 to 1998 and at Bracewell & Giuliani,
LLP (formerly Bracewell & Patterson, LLP) from 1998 to
2001.
Patricia is a native of Wayzata, Minnesota,
and is licensed to practice in Texas and Illinois.
