A recent graduate from The University of Texas
School of Law, Robert Rogers’ practice focuses on representing municipal utility
districts and other special districts as general counsel. His law school experience
includes serving on the Texas Environmental Law Journal and as a law school mentor
for the Sheffield Society. An endowed Presidential Scholarship recipient, Robert
received his undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin, with
highest honors, where he was a member in both the Phi Beta Kappa and Sigma Tau
Delta honor societies.
Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico and raised
in Seattle, Washington, Robert is licensed to practice law in Texas.
