Chris Skinner practices public finance and local government law, representing municipal utility, water control and improvement, levee improvement and other special districts, both as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents landowners and real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to the development of property within special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding in 2003, Chris practiced in the business and finance section of Fennemore Craig, P.C., in Phoenix, Arizona, where he practiced corporate law.
Chris is licensed to practice law in Texas.
