Eric S. Lai
Associate
Eric Lai practices in the areas of public finance and local government law. He has assisted in the creation and development of master planned community projects and currently represents municipal utility districts, regional water authorities and other special districts as bond counsel and general counsel. He also represents private developers in the formation of special districts and assists them by negotiating development agreements with cities and other local government entities for public participation in commercial, residential and mixed-use developments. Eric brings skills to his practice previously learned as a litigator.
