Justin Cox focuses his practice on public finance, real estate, and local government law, primarily representing municipal utility districts and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., Justin was a part of the business development group at Apache Corporation in Houston. While at Apache Corporation, Justin evaluated assets, conducted due diligence, drafted and negotiated agreements, and managed relationships in connection with acquisitions and divestitures that ranged in value from $500,000 to $200,000,000.
