Bryan T. Yeates
Partner
Bryan T. Yeates focuses his practice on public finance, local government and administrative law, with an emphasis on representing municipal utility districts, management districts, water control and improvement districts, road utility districts and other special districts. Bryan brings to his practice previous experience handing real estate and financing transactions, as well as transactions relating to pipeline assets and oil and gas producing assets. He has represented developers, companies and banks in various aspects of local land developments, including acquisitions, dispositions, sale-leasebacks and financings, as well as obtaining governmental recognition of vested rights under Texas law.
Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., in 2007, Bryan served as a business transactions attorney with Andrews Kurth LLP in Houston. His experience also includes serving as a judicial intern for Supreme Court of Texas Justice Nathan L. Hecht.
