Sophia Wall focuses her legal practice on public finance, real estate, and local government law, serving as general counsel and bond counsel to a range of districts, including municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and other special districts. In addition, Sophia works with real estate developers on the formation of special districts and provides counsel on matters related to property development within those districts. Prior to joining Schwartz Page & Harding, Sophia was a corporate transactional attorney at McDermott Will & Emery. During her time there, Sophia’s practice focused on technology and outsourcing, specializing in commercial contracts, technology agreements, and artificial intelligence.
