


Cullen Richardson
Associate
Cullen Richardson focuses his practice on real estate development, local government law, and public finance, serving as general counsel and bond counsel to municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and other special districts. He also represents landowners and real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to the development of property within special districts. Before joining the firm, Cullen was an attorney in the Global Projects section at Baker Botts L.L.P. During his time there, he primarily practiced international trade law, representing clients in matters involving complex legal regimes governing cross-border investments and the international trade of goods, services, and technology.
