Matthew Reed focuses his practice on representing special districts, including municipal utility districts and levee improvement districts, as both general and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to the development of property within special districts. Matt began his career at Thompson & Knight LLP (now Holland & Knight LLP) in the corporate reorganization section and he worked in the corporate section of Baker Botts LLP. Matt is licensed to practice in all Texas state courts.
