Kendall Dicke focuses his practice on public finance, real estate and local government law, primarily representing municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., Kendall’s practice experience included representing domestic and international marine and energy clients in maritime-focused litigation.
