Cole Trolinger focuses his practice on public finance and local government law, primarily representing municipal utility districts, water control and improvement districts, and other special districts as general counsel and bond counsel. He also represents real estate developers in the formation of special districts and in matters relating to special districts. Prior to joining Schwartz, Page & Harding, L.L.P., Cole’s practice included representing product companies, premises owners, and chemical and refining companies litigating complex mass tort, toxic tort, occupational exposure, personal injury, and wrongful death cases at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius L.L.P. in Houston. During law school, Cole externed for the Honorable Judge Meredith S. Grabill in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana.
